Connie Wood named Chief Operating Officer of Hatboro Federal Savings.
Joseph J. Tryon, Jr., president of Hatboro Federal Savings, announced today the promotion of Constance Wood to chief operating officer (COO) of the bank.
A lifetime resident of Hatboro, Connie Wood began working at Hatboro Federal Savings as a teller in 1959. Prior to her promotion to COO, Connie was senior vice president and secretary of the bank, two titles she retains with her new responsibilities.
"We are fortunate to have Connie directing our day-today banking operations," said Joe Tryon. "She has extensive experience in all facets of our company's operations, including the development of a strong and loyal customer base."
Hatboro Federal was chartered by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board on February 3, 1941. Today, with offices in Hatboro, Warrington and Warminster, the bank has assets in excess of $456 million dollars.
Connie lives with her husband Bob in Hatboro. She has two sons, Rob and Phil, along with three grandchildren.
