Interest Checking

A Hatboro Federal interest checking account offers all the benefits of a regular checking account, plus you can earn a competitive rate of interest every month.

An initial minimum deposit of $250 is required to open an account.

The minimum daily balance to avoid an account maintenance fee of $7 per statement cycle is $1,000.

Balances of $1,000 and above earn a variable rate of interest on the entire amount
in your account.

Balances below $1,000 do not earn interest.

Interest is compounded and credited monthly and accrues from the day of deposit to the day of withdrawal. The account may be closed at any time providing there are no checks on hold or outstanding ATM cards.

Interest bearing accounts are perfect for individuals or families who generally maintain a balance of $1,000 or more in their checking accounts.
